About Our Company

Highway Quality Solutions (HQS) was founded in early 2015. Although a relatively young company, HQS boasts extensive expertise in the Street Works Sector. Since its inception, HQS has experienced consistent growth year after year, serving over 40 clients—including Highway Authorities, Statutory Undertakers, and Contractors—across the entire UK. Notably, HQS recently established a second unit dedicated to its UKAS testing laboratory, where they conduct in-house UKAS testing.
